Onboarding Review

Companies use our executive onboarding review (OR) to provide managers with increased options so that they can achieve the targets set for a new role with greater speed and efficacy. We report neutrally and comprehensively on the status of the manager’s current developments in the first 150 days. Moreover, we conduct dialogs with the manager in question and a selected environment from a 360-degree perspective. The differentiated status results derived from the EOR are reported back to the manager, HR and the next highest level in the form of solid recommendations and are actively considered in the subsequent onboarding process. This has a clear impact.

Onboarding review (OR) makes it possible to:

  • Actively control risks when significant information is available
  • Detect unfavorable developments at an early stage so that they can be managed
  • Provide the manager with transparency, information and, ultimately, security as to his/her position
  • Make more efficient use of the manager’s capacity for self-regulation with an increase in the manager’s own adaptation to the requirements

  • Reverify appropriateness to new alignment in the case that general conditions change drastically
  • Increase stability and performance capability on the executive team, lower fluctuation levels and stimulate an improved feedback culture among management
